Production Engineer (Assembly)

• Coordinate activities in Production/Process Engineering focusing on process design and production capacity to support effective & efficient production activities which include :
• Create production process design including process sequence, process capability, tools & equipment so that the production process is in accordance with the standard.
• Creating electrification process design including process sequence, process capability, tools & equipment so that the production process is in accordance with the standard.
• Determine manhour estimation to calculate production capacity by calculating the number of stations, the number of manpower, and the need for tools & equipment in production.
• Create documents for each production process that is carried out by creating a process design sheet (including work instruction, process layout, and tools & equipment), (including work instruction, process layout, etc.) as a guide in the production process.
• Monitoring the production process on a daily basis in accordance with the process design sheet to ensure that the process is carried out according to procedure.
• Conduct production review based on the design concept to ensure the standardisation of the production process.

Requirement: Bachelor degree (S1) in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Analytical thinking skills and a passion for learning new things. Have knowledge and skills in the area of manufacturing processes.
• Have the drive and passion to learn new things.
