Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the companys overall business objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales strategies are in sync with marketing, product development, and customer support efforts.
Set and achieve revenue targets, both short-term and long-term, for the enterprise software sales team.
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
