Job Summary: TyrRewards, a dynamic and innovative mobile app in the rewards and loyalty space, is seeking a skilled Mobile Engagement Specialist to join our team. As the Mobile Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing strategies to elevate user engagement, drive retention, and enhance overall satisfaction within our mobile platform. This exciting position combines your expertise in marketing, analytics, and communication to ensure a delightful and rewarding experience for our users.
Responsibilities: User Engagement Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive mobile engagement strategies to boost user activation, retention, and overall engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align engagement initiatives with TyrRewards business objectives.
Analytics and Insights:
  • Utilize cutting-edge data analytics tools to track and analyze user behavior within the TyrRewards app.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insightful reports to measure the success of engagement initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize user journeys and enhance the overall user experience.
Push Notifications and Email Marketing:
  • Plan and execute targeted push notification campaigns to re-engage users, highlight new features, and deliver personalized content.
  • Implement email marketing strategies to guide users through the app, showcase key features, and encourage desired actions.
User Communication:
  • Develop and implement communication plans to engage users through various channels, including email, push notifications, and social media, with a focus on platforms like YouTube.
  • Craft compelling content that resonates with our diverse user base and drives meaningful engagement.
A/B Testing:
  • Conduct A/B testing on different engagement strategies to optimize and refine approaches based on user response and feedback.
Feedback Loop:
  • Establish a robust feedback loop with users to gather insights and preferences, using this information to continually improve engagement strategies.
User Segmentation:
  • Segment users based on behavior, demographics, and other relevant factors to tailor engagement strategies for different user groups.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
