JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Holder of Master of Business Administration and/or Management will have the added advantage.

• Minimum 5-7 years managerial, business development and sales experience in the building materials industry.

• Commands a strong networking within building material industry, not limited in architect consultant, contractor or developer.

• Good interpersonal skills, negotiation & communication skill.

• Proficiency in Public Speaking.

• Experienced in and able to draw up solid Business Development strategies.

• Have some basic understanding of accounting and finance knowledge.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application – Excel, Word and Power Point.

• Highly motivated person with strong drive to succeed and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Job Responsibilities JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Focused on building a sustainable business platform, incorporating all of Companys product portfolio and any other RPM brands/products as and when necessary.

• Collaborate with all Business Development and Market Segment directors to explore new business opportunities and develop go-to-market channel.

• To develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that are aligned with corporate goals, identifying, and developing new products, markets and sales opportunities.

• Develop & build strong projects pipeline through specification process in order generating revenue for the Company.

• Responsible for getting Company’s product(s) and systems specified with architects, consultants and engineers, championing focus product(s).

• To conduct weekly presentation to architect, civil engineering consultants, interior development, building refurbishment. Takes full responsibility of country business P&L.

• Responsible for building, maintaining, and improving relationships with all existing and new stakeholders (developers, architects/consultants/engineers, general contractors, sub and specialty contractors and distributors).

• Working closely with Marketing team for implementing series of marketing campaign, seminars in private and government sectors.

• Working closely with sales team to ensure specified projects being remained/unchanged until order is secured.
