Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve high renewal rates and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for increasing gross profit through effective upselling and cross-selling of Employee Benefit products.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and expectations.
  • Analyze client insurance portfolios, assessing risk exposure
  • Provide guidance to clients, enabling them to make informed decisions aligned with their objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in key account management within the insurance sector.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employee Benefit products and industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
