EMS Estimator - Full Time - Purwakarta, Indonesia

To assists the Proposal and Tendering Team in conducting their function by supporting in technical and other related aspects, such as proposal, preparing work scopes, technical, discussion/ clarification, technical correspondences, updating sales report, etc.

Join our Services_APAC team within Services division in Indonesia as EMS Estimator to help us take Sulzer Indonesia to the next level.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Coordinate with related department to monitor and ensure that execution of the project within the plan
• Responsible that the scope of work and supplies is done according the purchase order/contract and clients specifications.
• Ensures that the project is handled in an efficient manner, and monitors the agreed specifications, schedules and resources planning.
• Coordinates with Purchasing for the required quality/price from suppliers
• Checks and ensures the quality of all contractual documents before he hands them over to the client.
• Coordinates with Finance & Accounting for the correct payment and receipts. (Cash flow Management)
• Coordinate and monitor the overall Production and field service activities on an ongoing basis. Be aware of all activities and status of jobs, procedures, tooling, methods, problems, and results.
• Ensures that customer billing is correct and is handed to the client in a timely manner.
• Review the quotation from Sales Department if required.
• Provide regular project reports and summaries of activities.Other tasks and duties as may be specifically assigned
• Monitor and controlling that contractual delivery dates are kept.
• Monitor and controlling that all items are delivered to the quality level as defined in the contract.
• Monitor and controlling the difference between the actual and the calculated project costs at a minimum.
• Preparing quotation/proposals and other related correspondences ,mainly in technical aspects
• Familiarize himself with services offered by TSID in order to support his duties/tasks.
• Assists the sales team to communicate with client, under direction from his superior.
• Prepares monthly billing worksheets.
• Provide reports periodically ( Sales activities and Order Received Report ).
• Provide customer and equipment data base.

What you bring to Sulzer:

• Minimum 3 years experiences in similar position.
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Having two years experience in handling projects (preferably).
• Having 2 years experiences in turbo-machinery or rotating equipment.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Experience in MS Windows environments and with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
• Highly motivated, loyal and can work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong leadership and good personality.
• Having good leadership skills
