Consultancy Needed - Design Consultant of 3D and 2D Model Building Rehabilitation - Jakarta

Background:

MOWECP recognizes that about 90% of the recorded cases are not adequately managed and might not receive appropriate services. Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia, has many complex child protection problems, with the second highest number of cases in Indonesia after South Sulawesi, at 947 cases in 2020, or almost 3 cases a day. DPPAPP DKI Jakarta is a national comprehensive-service model that many provinces reflect on. In response to the high rate of sexual abuse cases in DKI Jakarta, UPTD PPA has supported several RPTRAs with reporting posts. However, there are still limited appropriate services available, including a lack of capacity in human resources to prevent and responding sexual abuse cases and also a lack of safe and inclusive spaces at RPTRA in addressing the cases, especially on SGBV.

To addre ss the issues, Save the Children will renovate the conselling space to provide a safe, inclusive, and convenient ambiance dedicated to vulnerable groups, including children and women needing protection. The rehabilitation of 30 RPTRA will take place in DKI Jakarta.

The objective of the consultancy

• Conducted technical assessment and feasibility study in 30 target RPTRA
• Support Save the Childre n by developing 3D Models and 2D working designs of 30 selected RPTRA.
• Provided SC with completed BoQ and specification of materials needed for construction.
Provided nec essary information or interior Design of RPTRA based on project needs.

Deliverables:

• One 3D Model and 2D working design concept.
• 3D and 2D 30 RPTRA Design
30 BoQ of each Design of RPTRA

Scope of Work:

• Con sult with Save the Children, local government (DPAPP), community representatives, and donors to establish the conceptual framework before commencing the design process.
• Consultants visit 30 RPTRAs (Integrated Child-Friendly Public Spaces) to gather comprehensive information before initiating the design phase.
• Develop a primary design (3D Model) as a reference point for donors, SC, and beneficiaries. The development process begins with creating the main concept according to SCs specifications. Following approval from SC Indonesia, adjustments are made based on donor feedback. The 3D Model includes the layout and interior material specifications.
• Once SC and the donor approve the 3D Model, develop 2D drawings and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The 2D drawings and BOQ are subject to approval by both SC and the donor.
• The c onsultant then created detailed 2D and 3D designs for the 30 RPTRAs tailored to the specific spaces earmarked for rehabilitation.
Each Design undergoes thorough review by SC and the donor to ensure compliance and appropriateness, including the BOQ for each RPTRA.

• A deep understanding of colorway, popular design elements, architecture, and how it all creates a single experience.
• Ability to develop 3D and 2D Design s with detailed information as needed.
