UI/UX for Value Chain & Trade Loan Product

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

Work with Product Lead to define the roadmap, goals, and vision for the product

Work with Product Specialist to drive product requirements definition, product planning and product design of new features and enhancements

Business Performance and Management

Provide UI/UX style guides and framework.

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers

Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems

Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

Key contributors in ensuring design fit for targeted user personas.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies & procedures in product design

Engagement with commercialization teams to construct guides, communications package/kit to both internal and external clients.

Technical/Functional skills

Have understanding on distributor financing, supplier financing and trade finance

Have understanding on personas of system target market, i.e. corporate (wholesale, commercial), and small enterprise

Have basic understanding on sharia requirement (optional but a plus)

Have experience as UI/UX designer for corporate product

Hands on experience with waterfall development methodologies.

Hands on experience on create/analyze business process, user story/journey and product roadmap

Knowledge of banking digital channels (web or mobile banking) is a must.

Have insights into product, technology and user trends.

Good understanding of cross-teams, upstream and downstream dependencies for a given product verticals.

UI/UX for Value Chain & Trade Loan Product

Job purpose:

Responsible to identify new opportunities to create better user experiences and ensure the end-to-end journey of non-retail transactional and servicing thru Value Chain & TF Loan system ("NFE"). The product focus will be Value Chain and Trade Finance Loan - both sharia and conventional - from user interactive channels perspectives. User experience is paramount and must be relevant across wide spectrum of personas.
