Job Description
Your Challenge
Specialization in Automotive Aftermarket segment
Manage the day-to-day activities for a group of customers on a local level and ensure the implementation of the sales strategies to achieve the established objectives in the relevant market
Visit the new and existing customers, consult them on all market-relevant aspects of M+H products, and provide information on new products that could fit the customers business needs for each region market in Indonesia. Conduct the product trainings/workshops, prepare the instructions.
Ensure the maintenance of positive and long-term relationships with the key account or customers within a market segment/on a local level
Develop the sales plans, activities, and campaigns in order to promote the M+H products and meet/exceed the sales targets within the assigned country
Participate in the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising and customer satisfaction for the country/region
Oversee the sales support activities such as administration, customer service, invoicing and credt and collections to ensure that the customer orders are processed paid accurately on time
Work in collaboration with the local logistics team ensuring smooth logisitcs activities in the market
Process the customer complaints/product returns
Traing distributors/dealers to achieve the sales target on a local level
Serve as a main point of contact between the customers and M+H as well as point of service for the customers
Provide price management with market price information
Coordinate ideal OEM/OES/IAM market approach with the releated departments
Control inventroy of moving/non-moving products
Forecast customer/market trends for forward planning and oversee competitors activities in the specific market to ensure market transparency
Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor that are essentially related to his/her duties
Making up sales report and sales performance analysis and indicate critical points for improving actions.
Recruiting potential distributors / customers
Your Profile

Education/Major:
Degree in Engineering/Marketing (preferable Mechanical) or Diploma with 5 years hands on working experience in engineering or filtration business.

Experiences:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Industry / automotive fields.
Preferred to have experience in lubricant business knowledge

Knowledge & Skills:
Management planning and strategizing skills
Technical competencies in mechanical application
Distribution network management skill
On-site Engineering Applications

Foreign language/Computer ability:
Fluent or at least able to communicate fairly well in English
Basic user of MS office, eg. Power Point, Excel.

Personal Quality:
Process and Systems orientatio
Strong interpersonal skills
Communication, Negotiation and Presentation skills
Positive thinker

Others:
Required to travel to customer sites and premises to resolve arising issues.
