Warehouse Foreman





JOB PURPOSE


  • This position is responsible to lead and coordinate the Warehouse Operators (Warehouse Assistants) in executing the daily operational activity in the warehouse directly based on Good Warehousing Practices, and ensuring another daily tasks related to Warehouse such as documentation and/or transaction both in SAP system using RF Scanner and manual documents are timely and correctly performed by Warehouse Operators (Warehouse Assistants).

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Lead the execution of Receiving Materials process including Inventory and non-Inventory Materials, Semi Finish Goods, Finish Goods from local and non local vendors are performed correctly.
  • Lead the execution of Putaway, Storing and material movement activity in the warehouse including it’s transaction in SAP and/or RF Scanner is performed timely and correctly
  • Lead the execution supplying materials process including it’s transaction in SAP and/or RF Scanner is performed timely and correctly
  • Lead the execution of dispatching process of Finish Goods to local customer or export countries, including it’s transaction in SAP and/or RF Scanner is performed timely and correctly
  • Lead the execution of administration and documentation process in Warehouse based on GMP and GDP principle is performed timely and correctly
  • Operate the Manual Handling Equipment and self protection using proper Personal Protection Equipment.
  • Lead the execution of Monthly Cycle Count is performed timely and correctly including tracking and analyzing for any discrepancies.
  • Lead, Coordinate and Support the Warehouse Assistants directly in order to ensure the daily activities in the shopfloor are running smoothly.
  • Responsible to maintain the Warehouse Area clean and safe.

WHO YOU ARE


  • Diploma degree holder are preferred, high school graduated are welcome to apply
  • Good understanding of Good Warehousing Practices
  • Familiar with computer and administration activity such as checklist, forms, etc
  • Can operate the material handling equipment’s and have own license.
  • Self-motivated, able to learn
  • Demonstrated good personality
  • Able to work in shift
