    1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
    2. Required language(s): English
    3. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    4. Required Skill(s): Sales, Management
    5. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
    6. Have experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System
    1. Oversee all the working task and activities in the shift.
    2. Monitor the daily routine of operator.
    3. Keep approve and up-sales on the same level.
    4. Handle problem in the shift or transfer these issues to the relevant people.
    5. Give the daily tasks to operator.
    6. Follow and make sure all operators are actively involved activities services improvement and motivation.
    7. Receive and handle customer complaints if any.
    8. Trained the operator to improve the company service and operator performances.
    9. Make the daily report and task handover to the next shift.
    10. Other duties assigned by Head Department and Managing Director
