    Responsibilities :
    • Ensuring promptness, freshness and quality of dishes.
    • Implementing presentation product & food art.
    • Coordinating cooks' tasks.
    • Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
    • Designing new recipes, planning menus and selecting plate presentation.
    • Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational and financial objectives.
    • Hiring and training kitchen staff, such as cooks, food preparation workers and dishwashers.
    • Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders.
    • Setting and monitoring performance standards for staff.
    • Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer problems and complaints.
    Requirements :
    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
    • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Required Skill(s): Excellent cooking skills, Leadership and management skills, Organizational skills, Ability to control a budget and work with figures, Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions, Ability to stay calm and overcome any food production problems, strongly administration and using computer.
    • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
    • Preferably Working in 4 stars Hotel.
